StockMaster Tracker – Technical Data and Size Selection

Selection the correct StockMaster model and size for your task requires a knowledge of both the operating environment and the application. Read the Operating Environment and Application data below and then choose your size from the chart at the end of this page.

The following information is a guide. For further help, consult your dealer.

The Operating Surface.
The two wheel footprint of Tracker enables movement over a wide range of operating surfaces including sealed and unsealed surfaces and slopes.

The Operating Space.
Tracker requires space for the operator to move to the left or right of the unit in order to steer it and is not suitable for use in confined spaces.

Also check for;
Height of doorways and overhead structures. (See
StockMaster Folding Rail System for help on this issue)
Space for turning at the end of storage bays.
Space for movement in aisles and between machinery and fixtures.

Principal Applications.
Maintenance, Manufacturing Processes or Inspection
Tracker is ideal for this application as it is able to operate over a wide range of Operating Surfaces where the degree of manoeuvrability is not a critical factor.

If the Operating Space is confined, StockMaster Navigator can be suitable dependant on the quality of the Operating Surface.

Picking and Shelf Stocking
This application is generally best serviced by Stockmaster Navigator or StockMaster Lift-Truk, however in unconfined spaces on unsealed surfaces or poor quality floors Tracker may be the solution dependant on the items to be handled.

Note: The platform of Tracker is inclined to the operating surface in the mobile mode and therefore must not be used as a trolley for transport of goods or materials.
