StockMaster Lift-Truk

Order Picking Ladder

StockMaster Lift-Truk is a safe and easy to use lifting order picking ladder with automatic braking. Items weighing up to 60 kg can be picked, lowered and transported in one action.

The whole stock picking process can be safely handled by one person removing the need for a second person to pass items up or down. Featuring a reliable manually operated winch, maintenance costs are minimal, and there is no down time for charging of batteries. Items placed on the lift table can be lowered and moved similar to a fork lift, saving the time to transfer them to a trolley, and reducing the need for trolleys.

600mm x 450mm lift table provides for lifting and relocating up to 60kg loads

Manual winch for reliablity  minimising on maintenance costs and breakdowns

Lift-TrukPRO has a Safety Rail system that can be adjusted for stock picking.

The dangerous practice of carrying items up or down the ladder is eliminated.

A StockMaster Lift-Truk order picking ladder eliminates the dangerous practice of carrying large or heavy items up or down a ladder significantly reducing the risk of accident. Using a simple winding mechanism, the lift table can be positioned to the exact height required to safely transfer items from shelving, and braking of the load is automatic when the winch handle is released.

Lift-Truk reduces your exposure to the high cost of lost time, injuries and compensation claims.

A StockMaster Lift-Truk order picking ladder is manufactured from high quality materials and built to last. With reasonable care it will provide many years of service, and cost less than any other product with all of these benefits.

Lift-Truk meets or exceeds all the requirements of the Australian Standard AS 1892.1:2018, US standard ANSI-ASC A14.2-2007 and the European Standard EN 131: Parts 1 and 2

    Technical Data and Size Selection

The following information is a guide. For further help, consult your dealer.

    Important

Selection of the correct StockMaster model and size for your task requires a knowledge of both the operating environment and the application. Read the Operating Environment and Application data below and then choose your size from the chart at the end of this page.

    The Operating Surface

Lift-Truk requires a smooth and level surface for operation.

In the mobile mode, the feet of Lift-Truk clear the operating surface by approximately 20 millimetres. A typical concrete slab floor provides a suitable operating surface, however areas around sumps, drains or other variations in level exceeding 20 millimetres will not permit correct operation.

To ensure clearance of the operating surface check the area to be used.

    The Operating Space

Lift-Truk has good maneuverability and may be used in confined spaces.

See StockMaster Space Requrements for calculation of the minimum space requirement for navigation between a service aisle and a picking aisle.

    Also check for –

    • Height of doorways and overhead structures.
    • Space for turning at the end of storage bays.
    • Space for movement in aisles and between machinery and fixtures.

    Principal Applications

    Picking and Shelf Stocking

Lift-Truk is principally designed for this application and can be moved in any direction to maximise the speed of relocation between fixtures.

The maximum recommended storage height for an item is dependant on the item weight and the working range of the selected size.

(See chart below) The maximum load rating is 60 kg.
If the Operating Surface is poor, StockMaster Tracker can be suitable dependant on the available Operating Space and the size and weight of items to be handled.

    Maintenance or Inspection
This application is generally best serviced by Stockmaster Tracker, however subject to a good quality Operating Surface the lifting capability of LIFT-TRUK can solve the problem of placement of heavy items.
