StockMaster Navigator

Mobile Warehouse Ladder

The StockMaster Navigator is an advanced mobile warehouse ladder. It features a single control to brake and steer and keeps all four feet firmly on the ground unless you are moving it.

Take hold of the control and raise the ladder to the mobile position for easy positive steering. Release the control for automatic braking and complete stability. All skating found with a warehouse ladder that uses springs or foot pedals is removed and the platform remains steady.

StockMaster Navigator keeps all four feet firmly on the ground unless you’re moving it.

One control raises the unit to the mobile position and provides easy positive steering.

NavigatorPRO has a Safety Rail system that can be adjusted for stock picking.

One control does it all creating a much safer product.

Move to a new location and your position is away from the ladder face for a normal walking step and the ladder moves quickly and easily with less effort. This advanced mobile warehouse ladder moves to a new position in less than half the time of competing products. Featuring a single control you can also use the ladder as a trolley. The Navigator warehouse ladder is easier and faster to move around and saves time and equipment.

StockMaster Navigator is a modular design for easy parts replacement resulting from accidental damage. Made from high quality materials it is built to last. With reasonable care a StockMaster Navigator warehouse ladder will give many years of service and cost less in the long run.

Navigator meets or exceeds all the requirements of the Australian Standard AS 1892.1:2018, US standard ANSI-ASC A14.2-2007 and the European Standard EN 131: Parts 1 and 2

    Technical Data and Size Selection

The following information is a guide. For further help, consult your dealer.

    Important

Selection of the correct StockMaster model and size for your task requires a knowledge of both the operating environment and the application. Read the Operating Environment and Application data below and then choose your size from the chart at the end of this page.

    The Operating Surface

Navigator requires a smooth and level surface for operation.

In the mobile mode, the feet of Navigator clear the operating surface by approximately 20 millimeters. A typical concrete slab floor provides a suitable operating surface, however areas around sumps, drains or other variations in level exceeding 20 millimeters will not permit correct operation.

To ensure clearance of the operating surface check the area to be used

    The Operating Space

Navigator is highly maneuverable and is suitable for use in confined spaces.

See StockMaster Space Requrements for calculation of the minimum space requirement for navigation between a service aisle and a picking aisle.

    Also check for –

    • Height of doorways and overhead structures. (See StockMaster Fold-Rail for help on this issue)
    • Space for turning at the end of storage bays.
    • Space for movement in aisles and between machinery and fixtures.

    Principal Applications

    Picking and Shelf Stocking
Navigator is ideal for this application as it provides excellent manoeuvrability for maximum speed of relocation between fixtures.

For safe working, items to be handled should be light weight (5 kg maximum) and able to be carried in one hand. (For large or heavy items see StockMaster Lift-Truk. An exception is Navigator sizes 4 and 5 where suitably sized items may first be placed on the platform before transferring to shelving or retrieving from ground level.

If the Operating Surface is poor, StockMaster Tracker can be suitable dependent on the available Operating Space.

    Maintenance or Inspection
This application is generally best serviced by StockMaster Tracker , however in confined spaces on good quality floors, Navigator is the preferred choice.
