Custom Ladder Company warrants to the purchaser of this product:
That if any part of the product proves to be defective in workmanship or materials within two years from the date of original purchase, Custom Ladder Company will at its option, repair or replace such defective part free of charge.

The Company’s liability under this product warranty is hereby limited to any one or more of the following: –
- Replacement of the product or the supply of equivalent product
- Repair of the product
- Payment of the cost of replacing the product or the supply of equivalent product; or
- In the case of services relating to the product:-
- Supply of the services again; or
- Payment of the cost of supply of the services again.
Important:
TO MAKE A CLAIM UNDER THIS WARRANTY PROOF OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE IS REQUIRED.
RETAIN YOUR SALES DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS PURPOSE.
This warranty does not apply to defect in the product arising from, but not limited to, incorrect assembly, misuse, neglect, overloading, shipping, transport, impact, unauthorised alteration or repair, accidental, environmental or intentional damage.
If service is required on this product, contact your place of purchase or Custom Ladder Company for direction. We are not responsible for freight charges or loss in transit.
The benefits conferred under this warranty are in addition to all other rights and remedies in respect of the product which the purchaser has under the governing laws effective at the place of purchase.
